In various wastewater treatment systems, pumps play a critical role in pumping and delivering sewage and effluent. However, it is quite frustrating that using alternative pumps on the original Guide Rail System (Auto Coupling) may occur incompatible situation, due to bores and dimension difference. To solve the problems, HCP PUMP offers various adaptors/hooks which can be compatible with different brand GRS and HCP pumps to fit replacement cases. The solutions not only keep maintenance teams away from hazardous areas but also no need to draining out the tank. It is providing easier and safer installation for replacement.

The Pulse, a shopping mall in well-known Repulse Bay, locates in Hong Kong. The project in the Pulse is to replace original pumps with HCP SF Series Submersible Stainless Steel Pumps 3 sets 80(100)SFP25.5, to be able to apply on the corrosive wastewater environment for longer longevity. HCP SF series feature in SUS316/SCS14, and durable for pH value 3~10 ( 0~40℃) environment. Equipped with HCP ADT adaptors (available in DIN/ANSI/JIS standard) easily match on other brands’ hook/claw. Moreover, it is beneficial for customers to do maintenance and reduce the potential risks during the repair.
