◎ Description：
                   An Internationally known Belgium concrete manufacturer was looking for a solution to maximize its ready-mixed concrete production. The manufacturer’s agitating equipment could not reach the corners, causing concrete sedimentation. After consultation, the manufacturer installed 15 HCP PUMP HDG Series Submersible Slurry Dewatering Pumps to help stir and extract the concrete at the corners. The manufacturer uses 1.5kW 80HDG21.5 and 5.5kW 100HDG25.5 The 80HDG21.5 can discharge 30m3/hr at 8m head while the 100HDG25.5 can discharge 60m3/hr at 18m head. The HDG Series has an agitator and a 50~60 hardness Rockwell anti-abrasion impeller that help stir the concrete batch and pump the sediments. The pumps are removed and cleaned for future production, allowing the manufacturer to increase production and save on material costs.
